The Travelers Protective Association of America (TPA) is a non-profit fraternal benefit organization that has been serving members and communities since 1890. Their mission includes providing benefits to members, fostering fellowship, and supporting meaningful programs like child safety initiatives and scholarships for those in need.
We teamed up with Black Twig Marketing + Communications, a St. Louis-based content and PR agency, to modernize TPA’s digital presence. While Black Twig handled brand content, messaging, and social media strategies, we provided design, development, and digital marketing expertise.
The new mobile-responsive WordPress site features streamlined member signups and renewals, integrated Stripe payment processing, and a secure members-only area with exclusive content and administrative tools. Additional features include an events calendar, blog, and newsletter signup, ensuring members stay engaged and informed.
Beyond the website, we provide ongoing monthly marketing management for TPA, including SEO and SEM campaigns, detailed analytics reporting, and ongoing technical and design support. This combination of services ensures the platform continues to perform at its best while helping TPA grow its membership and expand its impact.
