Pivotal Optics is a leading provider of MSA-compliant optical transceivers and networking solutions for enterprise, data center, and service provider applications. Their products enable businesses to expand bandwidth, improve network reliability, and maintain compliance with strict industry standards. With a growing catalog of high-performance transceivers, DACs, and AOCs, Pivotal Optics helps IT leaders and network engineers deploy cost-effective solutions at scale. Prior to this project, their online presence did not reflect the full strength of their product line or their technical expertise, limiting their ability to reach new customers through digital channels.
Blayzer partnered with Pivotal Optics to design and launch a custom B2B ecommerce website on BigCommerce, fully integrated with Acumatica ERP for seamless product and inventory management. The project addressed critical gaps in functionality, user experience, and visibility. Our team migrated and structured a complex product catalog with detailed technical attributes, built a mega menu and advanced filtering system tailored to optical networking categories, and re-engineered product detail pages to showcase compliance, specifications, and compatibility.
To ensure the site was optimized for growth, Blayzer also developed a comprehensive SEO strategy for 25 core pages, including keyword research, metadata, headings, alt text, schema markup, and URL structure optimization. We set up and connected key Google properties (Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, Business Profile, and Search Console) to support performance tracking and visibility. By combining technical development with strategic digital marketing, Blayzer delivered a scalable ecommerce solution that positions Pivotal Optics to compete and grow in the highly competitive optical networking and IT hardware market.
